• Orders placed with a credit card are billed at the time of the order.

• Orders will typically arrive within approx. 1-3 weeks from date of order. ( Usually 7 - 10 Days

• Special orders may take longer. ( Down Cushion , Custom Canvas, Etc. )

• Delivery time will depend on the nature of the order.

• Additional ship time may apply for Out of Stock or backordered items.

• Prices and Products are subject to change with out notice.

• Older Web Pages in our website may not reflect accurate and current pricing.

• Before placing an order it is up to the client to be sure he or she is paying the most accurate and current price.

Minimum Orders, Canceled Orders and Custom Purchases

• Highland Distributors Will accept any order value with no minimum requirements. However, a $10.00 handling fee will be assessed for orders below $25.00

• 10 % surcharge on items purchased in less than full packages.

Return Policy

• All Sales of Dent Removal Tools, Instructional Items & Machinery are final - No Returns

• All other merchandise returns must be authorized by Highland Distributors and subject to approval.

• A 25 % Restocking /Administrative Fee Balance to be Store Credit Only

• Minimum Cancellation fee of 5% will be accessed on orders Canceled before they ship. (To Cover Non Refundable Credit Card Transition Fees)

• Clients canceling orders or returning merchandise will be issued a store credit.

• Down Cushions & Custom Canvas Orders Are Not Returnable.

• Cut Yardage Material Items Such as Vinyl, Fabric, Clear Vinyl  Etc. Are Not Returnable.

• No returns or refunds after 30 Days of the original sale.

• Highland Distributors is not responsible for loss or damage that may occur during shipping or delivery.

• All initial orders are pre-paid via Credit Card, C.O.D. ( add 9.95 )or wire transfer.

• 30 Day Net 2% 10 terms may be set up after review and confirmation of credit information. 

• Prices are subject to change without notice.

• After Orders have Shipped, Highland Distributors is not responsible for additional Duties or Taxes

• International orders may be subject to additional shipping fees.
